Common questions, answered with care

Quick clarity on what Qiotter does, where it fits, and how we support families, professionals, and partners.

What is Qiotter?

Qiotter is a child-development and neurodiversity support company serving children, caregivers, schools, and organisations.

Our flagship product is the Qiotter app: a specialist-guided digital platform with personalised developmental activities, caregiver insights, and practical support for everyday routines. We also offer in-person therapy, developmental and psychological assessments, and Learning Support Teacher services.

Who is Qiotter for?

Qiotter supports neurodivergent children and children with developmental, learning, communication, sensory, behavioural, or emotional support needs. It is also designed for caregivers, educators, Learning Support Teachers, therapists, schools, and organisations seeking structured, child-centred support.

A formal diagnosis is not always required to begin exploring support, although some services may involve assessment or referral by external professionals depending on each child’s needs.

Does the Qiotter app replace therapy or specialist care?

No. The Qiotter app complements, rather than replaces, therapy, medical care, psychological assessment, educational support, and other specialist services.

Where direct professional support is needed, Qiotter can provide or coordinate in-person therapy, assessments, and Learning Support Teacher services. The app helps families continue useful routines between formal sessions.

How does Qiotter help between appointments and in everyday routines?

Qiotter helps translate professional recommendations into practical activities families can use at home and in daily routines.

Caregivers can access personalised developmental activities, calming and regulation tools, specialist-guided resources, and progress insights to support consistent practice and more useful follow-up conversations with teachers or specialists.

How are safety and privacy handled?

Qiotter is designed with child safeguarding, caregiver consent, confidentiality, and responsible data use at its core. Access is controlled by user role, and personal information is collected only for authorised support purposes.

We work to handle child and caregiver information securely and in line with applicable data-protection requirements. Qiotter does not sell personal data, and third-party access is granted only with appropriate authorisation.
